We started ElasticWP because too many small businesses were being handed a self-serve dashboard and told that was “managed hosting.” We wanted to build the version that actually is.
ElasticWP began in 2021, built by a small team of hosting engineers who'd spent years on the support side of budget hosting — watching business owners get burned by dashboards full of settings they never asked for, and support queues that took days to answer.
We set out to build something narrower and better: a WordPress-only platform, run on genuinely redundant infrastructure, with a small UK team that actually manages it on your behalf. No upsells disguised as features, no US-hours support queue, no surprise invoices when your traffic spikes.
Today ElasticWP hosts WordPress sites for agencies, SMEs and solo founders across the UK — all on the same platform, all backed by the same team.
A dashboard full of toggles isn't a managed service. We do the monitoring, patching and backups ourselves — you don't have to remember to.
Flat, per-site pricing. A traffic spike is something our autoscaling handles, not something that shows up as an overage charge.
Our team works in your timezone, not a help desk eight hours away.
100% renewable energy, with a PUE as low as 1.12 — not an offset scheme bolted on afterwards.
